At sunset yesterday, at the 'rinsing post' near 73rd, a guy showed up and started to fill up a plastic water bottle. I thought 'Hmm... I guess that water is probably fine to drink. Don't know why I didn't think of drinking from it before. Good idea.' Then he proceeded to dump the bottle of water over the boardwalk, as if he was watering the little plants below. He returned to his bag and did this with three or four other bottles.
