My wife and I dumpster dive and re-purpose stuff. We paint furniture or tear it apart and up-cycle it. (Last night, coming back from the Y, we picked up a 4 poster bed, a night stand and a bench out of a pile of rubbish on MLK Blvd...) We also make art out of recycled anything...
I know Gaff does glass, and Jawn does graphic art. Here's a thread to show your artistic or autistic side.

    I'll start.

The shark is reclaimed picket fence. It was actually a commissioned piece. The angler fish is pallet wood, plastic flower pot, vinyl siding, a vacuum tube, and a beer bottle cap.
    Whatcha got?

The angler fish is sweet! Love how you used a vacuum tube in it.

I'd say it's, "a primitive." People go to years of art school to paint like a 4 year old! ;)

Artistic by inheritance, drawings ,paintings and crafting. Always liked to work with my hands.
My wife does some beautiful work with sea shells an such and will do craft shows from time to time.
I always gave my stuff away if someone liked it.
The reward was in the appreciation.
    That's why I broke.
