Three weeks ago I was on pain killers for dental work and I tore my abdominal muscles while doing manual labor. Im going stir crazy, I need to surf but cant. Stupid pain killers. I never realized how important your abdomen is, I cant move without affecting this injury and I have another 3 weeks to go. My advice to all is avoid pain killers and stretch your abdomen regularly.

How did the pain killers make you mess-up your abdomen while you were doing masturbation?

So, uh, what kind of pills do you have? If you don't want them I'll take 'em.

Stick to the jah bro! The only ab trouble I get is when I munch out too much after getting blunted. Hope you feel better soon. Summer flat spells = healing up for Hurricane mosh pits.

Last Friday AM before work I injured my wrist falling off board and landing on sandbar in shallow water less than knee deep. It was low tide and very small surf, and only long boards and soft tops were catching anything. As day went on, wrist swelled up and got worse. Haven't been out since then. Couldn't do a push-up or pop-up. This seems like a stupid injury too. It was a nice morning, but there sure wasn't much surf. The only consolation is that there continues to be little or no surf here. Using time to let it heal, but still itching to get out. It's easy to tell someone to lay off for awhile and let things heal, it's not so easy to follow this advise.
Good luck and hope you're feeling better soon.
