Oh do you really own the ocean? How much did you pay for it? What's the mortgage rate? C'mon, the ocean is for everyone (who is respectful)!

Hahahahahaha! You gotta tell me where this was in Cape May County! I honestly love watching **** like this. If I had a camera I would probably spend more time taping bloopers of stuff like this than anything else. Also I like having a handful of moderate snowfalls during the Winter. Eating some Snow Cream, and doing some sledding is always fun. It just seemed 80% of the snowstorms this Winter just dumped a foot each time. I hate that ****. I love the Summer, and when I moved to Coastal areas in 2002, and was able to do a lot more Surfing I started to prefer The Fall, Winter, and Spring for Surfing rather than Summer. Early Fall has been my favorite cause it brings the best swells, and I can usually go out in just my shorts still.

Summer Surfing is fun, and all. When you got enforcement of only being able to Surf in designated areas though it creates a lot of restraints. I got no problem with people coming to Surf for the day from up North. I was once one of them myself for years. It's just that some people treat Surfing like a novelty in the Summer. Just the whole mentality of ''We gotta utilize our day at the Shore wisely, so lets bring our boards down, and just swim around''. Thats something I see a lot of in the Summer. Guys come down, and just swim around on their Surf board, and annoying juveniles in the water with their girls pretending they know how to Surf to impress their girls. When in reality all they do is just swim around on their board.

Absolutely Cape May County - I'd tell you exactly where but I found this spot breaking exceptionally well after these winter storms. It actually looks better than it ever has. It's only a matter of time before word gets around and it will be wall to wall.

Dude, where you from up north? Unfortunately, I am in the same position as you were in your younger years- I am stuck in North Jersey and have a beach house that I am in 1/3 of the year (including all the weekends in the fall, winter, spring, and all summer). However, in no way do i act like a benny, I've always made it a point to be respectful in the lineup. Yah, it sucks tho: being associated with bennies and all. I feel your pain bro,
