what does everyone thin the best sunscreen is? Watermans, headhunters, sun bum. For being in the sun all day, which do you guys think is the most reliable and best for your skin. - i have been using sun bum but feel like waterman's and headhunters might be stronger and stay on better
Waterman's if you don't mind the price, works wonders, I use this when i'm in PR but I pretty much stick to Coppertone Sport most days around here. Sunbum is decent, never tried headhunters.
SPF 50 Watermans or Sun Bum Pro for the face plus long sleeve rashguard which also keeps wax out of my manly chest hair.
I'm pretty serious about this topic because A) Most sunscreens have a lot of toxic shlt in them that can actually cause cancer B) I have very fair skin and travel a lot to tropical places C) Most sunscreens are toxic to reefs ......oxybenzone I always have a long sleeve rashie and a truckers hat on.....I can;t deal with those chin strap ones...That is 85% of your coverage right there. Here is what I have found to be the best all natural, reef friendly and zinc based sunscreen. Beyond Coastal...the 30SPF NOT the 34....and the thirty zinc in the small tin. They are somewhat expensive but a 4 oz bottle lasts a long time and you will get 0 burns. Even better than that small zinc tin is surfyogis zinc. That stuff is insane..literally hard to scrub off your face and it creates a natural barrier....the problem is it has chocolate and beeswax in it which attracts bugs....so in tropical places it can turnyou into a bug face. Pretty important to get informed on this topic!@ Good luck everyone
I've always used the cheapest zinc oxide i can find on my face and never wear sunscreen anywhere else. Let that ish bake.
