In the morning I fill the crock pot with Dr. Pepper or Wild Cherry pepsi. Smother a rack of ribs in brown sugar and place them in crock pot. 6 hrs later I remove ribs and place on sheet, coat ribs with sweet baby rays and place in oven for 15-25 mins at 350 degrees(times vary depending on oven and how you like your ribs). Always good and very simple.

This year though, swell permitting, I will be eating my ribs watching the VolcomPro. Don't care for the super bowel this year.

That sounds awesome, man! I usually dry rub my ribs, fire on the grill till I get a char, then coat with BBQ sauce and put in the oven at 350 for about an hour or two. They come out pretty good, but I wanna try your style. Thanks for sharing

The acids and sugars in those products help break down the meat and work like a sweet sauce. I do a pulled pork, AKA "Barbeque" using pork butt in a crockpot with coke a cola.

Ahh, I was wondering what was up with the soda but I love Dr Pep and Cherry Pepsi so still sounded cool. Glad to know ther is a real reason for them.

I told you before my responses are all about what triggers them. If someone is being cool then I am not going to lash out just to be an ass.

Besides them ribs sound good as hell and loaded nachos are of the chain. Ya'll are making me hungry as crap.

Good stuff buoys, keep 'em coming! I have a wing sauce that i've had a couple compliments on, only problem, I don't really measure any of the ingredients.

    Franks red hot
    stick of butter
    garlic powder
    vinegar
some Tropical Pepper Co. Ghost Pepper sauce for spice

Cook all this just until a boil, then I use a hand mixer and put some sour cream in to smooth it out.

I have been trying to come up with a wing sauce using Siracha (sp?). I may try your style and replace the franks to see how it goes. The sour cream deal makes sense.

I also make a good and simple peanut sauce using sriracha. Take sweet chili sauce, mix some peanut butter and sriracha in with it, done. I have added toasted garlic and thai pepper to it, but the first one seems to work. I've used it on wings and spring rolls

I am more of a classic buffalo man, but these are intriguing combos.

One question: Do you fry or not?

I've done both, but i prefer A little salt, pepper, garlic and then fry. Gives them a little crisp when they are all sauced up. Oh yeah, I forgot, I also add a dash of fish sauce to the sriracha one. If you like honey mustard, Ken's Steakhouse makes a great honey mustard. You don't have to do anything but toss them in it and eat.
