Wings prolly. Can't do the 3 Mile Island Habanero Flamers though. Livin here in Texas, I get some grief for not being able to handle the Nuclear Meltdown wings. Sh** is, like, melting through the plate. I'm a more subdued wing muncher. Lemon Pepper, stuff like that. Also prefer the little drummettes, not the actual wings. More meat. Seattle by one. Orta be a good game this year.
I think I would rather watch paint dry. Sick of the NFL and all the morons in it. So, let's see....red paint, or teal, or blue paint....???
LOL. I paint (stripe) parking lots, so I get paid to watch paint dry. NFL ain't for everyone, but the Supa Bowl kicks arse in my book. JJ Watt and Katy Perry doing a TV commercial. Think he's hittin that thang?
I like to smoke the ribs on the grill with a rub when I have time. I have found my second favorite way is to put the ribs on a rack and cookie sheet in the oven at 300 covered with foil for 1 hr then uncover and pour off grease, put back in for two hours uncovered. If you sauce them wait untill the last 45 minutes or so. Sometimes I'll smoke them for an hour on the grill and finish them in the oven. Ya'll ought to try Bessingers or Melvins mustard BBQ sauce at least one time that sh*t is the bomb.
I don't like my wings like molten lava either. I actually prefer some flavor with some heat. Pats by 7 Lazy, I have limited experience smoking, those sound good!
This is basically the most American recipe I have ever seen, making it perfect for the Super Bowl. Someone in the south should do this with Cheerwine.
Nice! I have used beer and coca cola before, gonna give the Wild Cherry Pepsi a go this time. Thanx for the tip, b.
Check back Koki and let us know how the cherry soda worked for ya. I heard someone doing that with the chicken stands on the grill and they liked it. I prefer a darker beer for that
