Not as much work as you think DP . With that being said , I am going to show how I knock something like that. off in a hour . I use those B n D work benches with a clamp made for snowboards . I glass on those and sand on the adjustable ladders -The benches cost 10 bucks at any garage sale , as they compact to use little space , they give a good look to an area 44868087-3F95-43EA-86E3-9100C66843F9.jpeg

U need , paint thinner , acetone , bag of q cell , suncure sanding resin , 4 oz cloth , 100 grit and a rotary disc sander . As that board has water damage clean with paint thinner and bake it in the sun for a few days

If no water bubbles out lightly sand damaged area . Mix the qcell with sanding resin , a soupy mix for holes and a pasty mix works better for nose and tails . Either way gives u a an idea of how to apply different consistency s.Apply inside , take it out and bake in the sun for a day , wet boards need to bake more .

If the board is super wet water will bubble out as the qcell hardens and after sanding u may gave repeat the qcell process.

Lightly sand the the areas without sanding thru the adjacent cloth as u only have a 4 oz bottoms on most boards .

My comment 1 hr was actual time working as boards like this are projects . On a side note use that paint thinner outside and chuck the rags .

I use 2 4 oz layers of cloth , gives u something to sand , and dry glass . Forgot the squeegee in in supplies but its a must have .Glassing with sun cure gives u time and although u need it saturated u need to squeegee. out the excess resin . So u actually see the weave .Excess resim makes the cloth float . Take out for 2 min on a sunny day , bring inside for couple and return it out to bake .

This makes the wax rise in resin which in turn makes it easy to sand . Apply a thin coat of sanding resin and repeat above process .Sticks like that I would let em bake couple hrs a day for a week .The time gives it a rock hard finish and actually makes it easier to sand .

Although a good mask cost a few shekels, 100 bucks of supplies could fix dings for years . To seal the boards glass must be used .
