so true. it's offshore all day until 4pm, then it goes side/on-shore full on by 5pm when i show up. i get some crap session in just because i made the drive. then, i listen to all my jobless/service industry friends brag about how good they got it all day. again, have to make sacrifices. to me, success is important. also, sick days = surf days
