Surf Internship

    I have to get an internship for an environmental science major. I found this program (sca) which will pay for interns to stay and work in national parks. I really want to still be able to surf over the summer. Does anyone know of any national parks with some good areas to surf in the park or even close by?

    first 2 that come to mind are cape hatteras and olympic national park in washington state.

    Washington would be cool for a summer internship, but its definitely not like summer on the east coast.
