have anyone been to Rincon Puerto rico?planning to go there in february..looking for ideas like where to stay and some surf spots..

There are places around Aguadilla. A couple of surf hostels in Isabella. Places to surf? Depends on the swell direction/size/day of the week etc. Do your research there's a wealth of information online. Look at wannasurf's PR page, Surfline's map. It's safe to say that PR is just as localized as Hawaii imho. Nowone is able to tell you where to surf and when especially this far in advance. Don't limit yourself to just the west side of the island there is more to PR than just that. Tread lightly and smile, watch the bottom the reefs are infested with urchins, don't walk around with a wad of cash and be respectful in the lineup and it will be a trip you'll never forget.
