This morning (5/26) at about 10am I found a surfboard on Rt. 4 highway in Southern RI, between the towns of North Kingston and East Greenwich. Looks like a used board that someone just purchased (no wax and a seemingly new bag). Feel awful for whoever owns it. With a lot of work it could be salvaged. I've left my number with both the North Kingston and East Greenwich police departments. Just call either station to get my number and we can sort out getting you the board back.
