Surfing at Atlantic Beach, NC

    Heading there in September, anyone suggestions for the best place to surf? Thanks.

    If there is surf.... Oceanana Pier is a good low tide spot and Fort Macon State park(1st right after entering the park) Normally offers a good high tide spot. Get to the pier early to avoid paying for beach access or there is a PBA just after the pier for a free parking area.
