    I know you're being sarcastic, but the University I went to (UWO) did have a surf club, and those kids would go surf the great lakes in the middle of winter in -20C weather. ****ing insane.

    Not being sarcastic. Actually interested in great-lakes surf culture. Getting home with icicles all over your face from charging 3ft slop... that is dedication that I look up to, and every crummy day that I am groveling here, I think of those dudes and the Gulfsters, and appreciate all that Mother Atlantic gives me. Those guys impress me.

    Surfing Ball and Hawaii, without ever having charged your local; that impresses me about as much as the last two years of Rob Ford's political career.

    Perhaps in Indo you will have a Johnny Utah-esque awake-the-f*ck-uppening and charge with your locals when you return. If not, Sandblaster's gon' make you squeal like a piggie.

    I honestly wish they were surfable this time of year, however I haven't seen anything even close to surfable around where I live. However I have been wake surfing all summer behind a G23 Nautique, that's a solid 3 foot wake. Actually super addicting, and surprisingly easy, landed my first 360. If you have an opportunity to try it, I would definitely recommend you do.

    This is me trying out wake surfing for the first time at the beginning of summer. The wake is already a decent size and that's with only 1 person on the boat.

    us dollar is strong there now 1 us dollar equals 1170rupiah - u will be a millionaire for a hundred bucks

    bring stickers for the kids and/or school supplies too - they love that stuff
