Last night, all lefts, super fun. Who got it? The spot I was at had a sandbar that wouldn't quit. Not the biggest waves by far, but super fun, punchy, and you could get a couple of turns in. Rode the Chaize 5'8" bar of Irish Spring quad and had a blast.
i drove by ocean ave on my way back from lunch at 230 and almost drove off the road. was superrrrr fun.
Thought there might have been something, there was definitely a bit of a bump in the water on the ferry home last night.
I'm gonna be conservative and say it was 2-3+ with occasional 4 ft sets. Wave after wave, ESE swell, just swinging in perfectly off an undisclosed jetty (one of my favorite lefts in NJ).
heck yeah i got some…in the afternoon, it looked poor but air quite warm…almost floridian. rode the lboard and to my surprise BOTH the wind cooperated and the swell bumped up. i surfed __________which is so well known it never should be mentioned again ever. today i have a small sunburn - raccoon face.
