Swell chart not comming up?

    This has just begun to become a problem. The swell chart is not comming up on my computer (it has that little box icon in the upper left corner). Before, it used to come up, but then the computer crashed, and now it doesnt work. Im guessing it is some kind of software update..but im not sure which.

    i had this happen to me too I had to update my Java software and I was good after that

    no, you need to update your flash software... Most likely, you had a re-install of your browser, or something along those lines, and the flash player needs to be updated.

    That should take care of it.
