Swell info - help with WW3

    Yes I have an easy suggestion. You dont have to look at the ww3 tabular data.

    Just click on the swell data on Swellinfo. On the surf plots, click on view details, or view the swell plots. In general, the data should match the ww3 output, but the data output locations for the swellinfo data have been chosen specifically just offshore of the forecasted area, where as the ww3 locations aren't always right offshore (depending on your location).

    The swellinfo swell data for delaware is slightly closer to shore than the buoy 44009 location.

    you're right that IS better than ww3. Real data in a more user friendly display. So hard to break old habits and the WW3 has been my "go to" forecasting data for years.
