Actually dude, I do believe that social programs far outweigh any outlays on military expenditures in the American budget. This is a FACT. Military spending comes in 2nd Place, far behind social program expenditures. I may be wrong, but I am pretty sure the only countries that pay zero taxes are Communist. There are many Socialist countries that pay more taxes than the US.

Huh?? Communist countries pay zero taxes?? How about 100% of their work efforts go to support communism, meaning, they pay 100% taxes. You earn it--send it in>>!!!! Or else!!!! (slavery??) Socialist countries are anywhere from minimum of 50% ("free" education and "free" healthcare!!) to 75%, depending on income. And I am referring to Scandinavian countries as a rule. That has been my understanding anyways.....

This is what I found...do you have something different? Like I stated before, social services equal 60% of the 2015 budget, while military spending equaled 16%. If you were to break it down into "discretionary spending", the numbers would military spending as #1. However, the entire budget is not only discretionary...the other part being "mandatory" spending. The pie chart depicted above shows the entire 2015 budget. I'm correct. Who the feck are you?
