Winner for the Most Idiotic Thing Ever Said on Swellinfo.com

40 boxes of Cracker Jacks for you.

Chuck, please, in detail, describe how Obama has harmed you and why you think an obvious, attention-seeking wack-a-doo would be better for the country. Remember be pacific and detailed.

Hey did you see Ted at Liberty University, where the student body was FORCED to attend his address. The dude's not even an American. He's some Canadian-Mexican or something......

    Ted Cruz....LOL ROFL LMAO

when I say southern nj im referring to where I live, which is actually central nj,but I grew up in central nj but it was north lol if that makes any sense.central nj is a big place, when I think of central nj im thinking Edison, new Brunswick, etc.when I think of south jersey,im thinking of long branch, deal, the squan.I never been south south which is u and atlantic county and below.

I have never been to Camden and have no plans on going there but I did hear many crazy tales.is there a street called polock or something like that?i hear that's a sketchy place.i hear the gangbangers In Camden dump the bodies in philly, and the philly bangers dump their bodies in Camden.i live in what I consider rural Pleasantville.its a beach town, everybody knows everybody, but its a poor town.theres a lot of blacks moving in and I see the unmarked popos riding 4 deep like they are in Camden or philly lol.everyday the town gets worse

It's Rafael Edwardo Cruz, por favor! If the birthers don't jump on this then you know it's all because he's not black. His mammy move to Canada but didn't return to the yoo ess in a designated time frame after having her litter. Plus his padre is a cuban oil exec who would have qualified to be a ewe azz citizen if he had step foot here from cuba. I don't think it counts from Canada.

I am looking forward to it, hombre. I anticipate that we will have a mighty story to share with our fellow swell infoers.

I'm attending college, dawg. I'll be a quarter-century this august.

Talk about getting old! I can still hang with the best of um though.

Yeah, he is a turkey. He appeals to a very small extreme wing, those that need a retro time machine to take us wayyyyyy back. He won't make it.

Cruz has no shot and Im thinking Hillary is fading fast. So far, its shaping up to be Omalley vs Walker.

In the interests of fairness, there have been many times that students have been forced to attend Obama speeches too.

also, theres' 20 months to go. imo hillary might be able withstand 20 months of attacks but not 20 months
of BLISTERING attacks. i see the race as wide open; to both sides i say "sell me"....i'm listening and have
not decided in advance who gets my vote.

Cruz is a male version of Palin. He ain't got a chance, so let's all just drop it, it's getting boring.

34 pages of partisan bickering, with the few nuggets of independent thinking, sprinkled with a couple of shots of anarchy. Wonderful. We've been railing as to why our politicians do whatever they do, and why they never listen to their constituents. After reading all these posts, it is obvious that our politicians are indeed listening. This tread is a microcosm of the American people and the political dilemma we currently find ourselves in.

We are, in reality, no better or no different than our dysfunctional Congress or any semi-charismatic knucklehead that is placed in the "Chief Decider" position. We are a direct reflection of what is going on, at this very moment in time.

    Sad.

I hear the negatives about Cruz all the time but see no evidence shown that proves the stated negatives. It's no different than the arguments that obama is not American or he is a closet Muslim. When you read deeply into what is being used to support those positions it just falls apart and everyone willing to believe it just turns a deaf ear to anything that contradicts their point of view. Heard an interview with Cruz the other day with a left leaning reporter where he was pointedly asked about global warming. His response was so solid and well thought out I would defy anyone who heard it to say how he was wrong. He didn't deny any fact about fluctuating weather patterns etc, he simply argued about the use of that reality to push an agenda against the better interest of all of us. When asked about immigration it was the same thoughtful and well thought out answer without any defensiveness just logical and unemotional. He was presented with all the questions about obamacare, gay rights, and civil rights. All the subjects brought up in this overly long thread and every answer was solid and without emotion just logic. No twisting of facts, no attacking the other side to deflect just good answers from a well informed person. I was never a huge fan of Ted Cruz but i think both sides would be short sided to write him off. The image of him against Hillary in a debate is one I would like to see. Delude yourself into believing Hillary would win if you want but he would smoke her in an open debate.

Seriously, Brew? Have you read all of my posts, or just the Obama ones? Check 'em again: I don't like *any* of them.

But I admit, I've been stupid enough to vote for all of them. I voted for GW Bush once. I voted for Obama once. And I've voted for others in between, regardless of political affiliation, because I wanted (and believed in the possibility) of "real change".

So, no...the purpose of my posts was not to "come in here to bash Obama", as you are claiming. Nice try to pigeon-hole me, though.

    I'm pro-gun.
    I'm pro-law enforcement.
I believe that illegal aliens are just that: illegal. The consequences they face are of their own making.
I believe that the welfare teet is too fat, and should be regulated...just like Wall Street, Insurance and the housing market.
I believe in social medicine, but don't believe that our current rendition is fair and equitable to ALL Americans.

    OTOH,

    I'm pro-choice.
    I'm agnostic.
I believe marijuana should be legalized.
I believe science, but I respect religion...as long as it is not forced upon the masses (see "Constitution").

As you can plainly see, I am somewhere in the middle of the right and the left, and my voting history clearly backs that up.

As long as we're on the subject: have you ever voted for anybody besides a Democrat?

I haven't voted in a decade. Last time I voted, it was Republican. However, I was living in the north and didn't like the direction my local democratic leadership was headed. Down here in SC, I would probably vote democrat for those same reasons. I wasn't trying to pigeon hole you, but you were *****ing about the responses in this thread while only adding to the core bickering.

Pretty much sums up my beliefes too.

Dude if you are not voting then you should not complain about either side since neither one is "your" President. Apathy will get you nowhere.

Where was I *****ing? On the contrary, I was mostly questioning what was so bad. I have said both sides are focked, but that will not be repaired by my vote. We need a third party that will get more than half a percent of the popular vote. If Cruz runs, I will vote just to vote against him.

Further more, saying "you don't get to complain about either side" is bullsh1t. If your preferred candidate loses, and you didn't vote, then you shouldn't complain. If you think the whole system is focked, and don't vote because of it, that is very different.
