:D Micah and any others involved in putting this valuable info/tool together is greatly appreciated by me and others who rely on any reliable info to keep us aware of potential swell activity. With work, the Mrs and the 4 kids requires most of my time and being able to use this site will hopefully be well spent in the water instead of unneeded searches online and driving to look for swell.

Micah is local and has the time in the water/classroom/professionally to provide valuable knowledge to many on the East Coast, especially the Mid-Atlantic where swells are tricky and short lived.

Thanks and look forward to any additions that may occur.

    C.W.

    Hey Chuck,

Thanks for the positive feedback! I think most of us, no matter what are situations, can relate to the value of knowing when the surf is going to be good!

We are really excited about getting our forecasts out there - pass the word on about Swellinfo :)
    Thanks.

Charles Taylpr wasn't the first of his namesake on SI. This other Chuck seems to understand that this is a FREE site and that all participation/readership here is voluntary. Lots of salty brahs here concerning the reports, when they're pretty accurate. Especially on some of these lows that the other sites don't seen to nail down. Micah's even starting to get winds pretty accurate in addition to swell height.

This site's forecasts for the south and central Florida east coast have been consistently accurate over my last 3 years of observation. Way mo' betta than the Limey kooks, and other poser predictors who will go unmentioned cause they are kind of entertaining, although inaccurate. One local weatherman here surfs, and he has a great blog. Other than that, SI nails it. My only criticism is we could really use lots more ads featuring female surfers (wahines). Thanks Micah!!!

Yes bro. More dope wahines in the ads would entirely make the forecasts more accurate.
