I just heard about this,last night Obama did some meeting/speech/qa with a bunch of military vets on cnn and they asked him about it.so he said something like this. this isn't a quote btw but he said the world has an agreement,every country,agreed to not sue anybody from something that happened overseas,and it goes far beyond the military.its not set in stone,everyone just follows,but once we change the law,other countries will follow. so basically what this means is,any American,or basically anyone in the world,say ur visiting overseas and hit somebody with ur car,or any kind of accident or fatality.that family can sue you.same with the hundreds of thousands of Iraqi families will now be able to sue America.do u have any idea how many lawsuits that is?and they will win,everyone will win.the 911 families will win,the Iraqis will win,the Syrians will win,etc. I'm actually starting to think they did this on purpose to when trump is president he gets slammed with trillions of dollars in wrongful death suits and turns his presidency into a sham.i would not be surprised,but yea this really isn't a good thing,the national debt is going to skyrocket and taxes will increase drastically
