Didn't that occur last year? I feel like we got a swell anytime there was a long weekend or weekend at all for that matter. You 9 to 5 brahs were stoked.

i remember 2 good swells last may..middle and end…before the FLATSPELLFROMHELL (i didn't say anything)…
also for what its worth i seem to remember more often than not that there is a swell on may 28th.

 

you know it's bad when people start evoking years past and bumps we historically had on 23rd or 28th. Like, "last four years out of 9 we had 2-3++ on 28th and it was offshore all morning! There HAVE to be waves again! C'mon!"

 

Bro it's looking up to DOH for the 28th right now but with ridiculous winds. Temps supposed to drop to rock bottom for a day so that's why. Let's hope it can clean up while the swell is here.

 

Bro we are just recollecting on what was a great spring last year and also there does strangely seem to be history repeating itself around certain dates. Especially if full moons are present and even new moons too from what I've seen. Strange patterns seems to exist and I can see how over the years guys get nostalgic about certain swells and dates and then doing the rain dance to have it come again.

It's not too bad yet brah, we just had 10-12s period for four days here so that's like Christmas in May. Let's hope to score a few more times. No way we can get less canes than last year too.
