Smart move. Take chips off the table, that is. Doesn't that mean living in a pancake box at the beach tho? Haven't lived in a box in the sky for 25+ years, btw; nothing wrong with it, just got tired of people on all sides.
This more up your mental alley, Cooda? http://weather.climate25.com/project/general-charles-h-jacoby-ret/
Nope. While interesting point of view from honorable military man, "observation" is not science, only one part of it. And btw, climate has ALWAYS been in a state of change - it is the "natural state" of our atmosphere. What portion of it is human contribution is what is questionable. As for taking chips off the table, you are right, yankee--I should have done this years ago. But we are moving into a decent size house 1 mile in from the coastline, not into a pancake box. Family loves to come back for extended visits. It's my charisma--can you feel it??!!?? lol.
Ain't no shame in your game, Cooda. With climate change a fact of everyone's lives now (no politics involved, no reason; it's happening), looks like your grandkids will have oceanfront property one day with that property you bot a mile back from the beach
