I was out tues afternoon for a lil while,wind and current was kinda strong though.... next few days look really nice ..
I posted in the other thread that the one spot I hit for the first time on Weds was chest high and barreling. I believe IOP was chest high and mushy on that day. I didn't go out last night, as I had to babysit my friend's kid. I am going to try and hit my LB spot after work today.
wasn't bad, if you picked the right swell/wave..there was a few out,,handful one long board two medium boards one girl riding an egg... funny story though,i was taking a break sipping a water and saw the dreaded SUP guy heading toward the water looked like this dude was fairly new to the sport,,as he was struggling to balance..imo it was the wrong day to be trying it anyway,,but none the less out he goes heading toward the 3-4 surfers in the lineup,,he makes it out there and turns and falls,,,i see two of the surfers who were sitting lay flat and slowly start paddling away from this guy what does this guy do? paddles toward them where they are going,,so the two surfers paddle further, this guy follows,this went on for quite a while....,i was laughing my tail off

Good for ya Brew. Every time I've been able to go it's been mushy. LBs weren't even getting much. Talked with a bud who surfs IOP and he said the same. Hoping for a little something this weekend.
