    scotty I like your optimism. Not looking super here for that broad up in New England. Period is inadequate and winds heavy. Pretty far offshore track but her winds heated up from 39 to 60 in a few hours today.

    Can Fay be upgraded to a "hurricane" even with subtropical origin? I recall reading something about not in that case a while back, but some of you would know better.
