So you don't like the way I phrased my comment or you like gay ass wave pools with 1,000,000 Rick Kane's running around shredding the gnar? Or are you a british loving tea sipping f@g who wants to bang the queen mum?

When my dad bought the lot two houses from the water 50 years ago and said, "Son, one day this will be waterfront property", I thought he was joking. He looks pretty smart right now.

Dude IHL you should have at least waited a few before switching to your SI Mod 5 persona to give me an infraction. I posted my comment at 1:45 then at 1:48 I get the infraction PM after you suddenly are no longer logged on!?!? If you want to keep your identity a secret you need to use a little more tact.

future of competitive surfing you ask? think a bunch of Shaun White spinny flippy flappy tricks that score the big points. this will last the next 5 years, and the tricks-are-for-kids crew will win events and titles. then, people will revolt against rewarding style-free surfing, and guys like Kong and Occy will rule the land again! lol.

Beachfront erosion? LOL. The EC and California have nothing on us. Here's an interesting link on one of my locals called "Washaway Beach". Yes, really.

    http://www.ecy.wa.gov/programs/sea/coast/erosion/washaway.html

If you think the link is interesting, check out Washaway Beach on Google Earth. Not only is the erosion shocking, but the entire area is pretty much "Deliverance by the Sea". Bring a surfboard, banjo and Astro Glide.
