I suggested long beach surf shop because I know they have a few Gbuzz in stock with those dims. Not knocking other shops in the area but Luke's always been a gentleman to me personally.

I've had great luck with boards shaped out of Hatteras from In the Eye, bought a 6' 8" quad that is just an epic board from them last summer. It holds up in hurricane swells and is fun in the knee high mush. Not being that experienced or anything, I have tried other boards and have found that with my level of ability being passable to call myself a halfway decent kook, That a smaller board makes it harder to catch a wave while making it more fun once you do catch one. I also have been looking at a bic short board (yeah i know. set it on fire and walk away) but i got to ride one for a few hours during Cristobal and it was fantasticly fun to ride. It was like a 6' 4" and maybe 34 liters of float.
