Astute synopsis Pinkstink.....hey they have creams for that don't they?

Manaissess Manassas, that was good with the Civil War reenactment. That made me howl like dog at moon.

And SUP is right, listen guys what I say is right. You guys have to learn this

Anyway SUP has put things in perspective. Listen it's just a matter of time before the Middle East explodes. And Russia and China will unite with radical Muslim nations, and come at us. It's going to happen.

You guys think Northerners are bad? Wow, Russia totally sucks and China is just God-awful. And don't get me started on those other ones..........

So, you southerners say sorry to us yanks and be nice.

Wow, I go do some actual work for a couple hours and come to find us on the brink of Civil War.
Instead of rcarter and his brethren invading the North, we should all just invade Washington DC. Level the place and start from scratch.
Constitution was meant to give the Feds some basic powers and the rest were to be the powers of the States. Now, the Feds have all the power and all the States can do is suckle at the federal teet.

Dude everybody knows you use instagram, not facebook, to update people with what you ate for lunch. Facebook is for general complaining. Twitter, well I don't know about twitter yet...

^^^That was good. Tell ya what DPSUP, that's why I've been stocking up for the past several years. While I personally wouldn't want to be involved in war in another country, I'd be defending our land with a vengeance.

I think I might need to do the same, although my wife isn't keen on firearms, it may come to a point where we don't have a choice. Pray it doesn't come to that though, cause if it does the world as we know it is over. That reminds me of a song...

No way, up wit hope, down wit dope. But in all seriousness I am glad I quit after toking 10+ times daily for the last 18 years! Plus spending $14,000+ a year on bud really limits the boards I can buy and trips I can take to surf so at least I'll have more disposable income. And speaking of a ban, I am so tired of letting myself get into it on here with folks but I could not find a way to close my account this afternoon. Maybe I should just go off the deep end and post some crazy porn links and other no no stuff so I can not be tempted to get on here. Or maybe with quitting I can find some self control but I doubt it :)

No nothing too personal to tell. Basically my wife and I discussed it and between the cash (not the biggest issue but still I was going way to crazy!) and just wanting to not continue to go through life in a "weed fog" were the main reasons. I realized my son is now 8 and if I keep going this way I'll have almost no memories of his childhood. I tried just doing it once in a while but I was actually serious about my personality, I am either all in or all out, I rarely have a middle ground so it was either full stop or continue down that path. I have a job that I can "get away" numerous times during the day and I found I was starting with a bowl on the way into work, one mid morning, 2-3 at lunch then another at afternoon break. After work all bets were off! I was going through a 1/4 every 3-4 days at $120-$145 a pop (comes from dispensary in CA so it's real good!). SO after 18 years I just decided that was it, threw bowl out the window on I40 at 75 mph after the last puff was done and never looked back so far. Fingers crossed it sticks this time!

Good for you man, after 18 years that's a big change. I'm not there yet, but I consider it from time to time. Hope your able to stick to it if that's what you really want, which it sounds like it is. I've cut back quite a bit but still a regular. Well, time to head home and well, you know....

Most people think Lincoln was the originator of the whole "end slavery" thing....when in reality, it was John Brown...

Thanks for the encouragement man. I have been speaking to the doc about it, he recommended valium to help with withdrawls but I did not want to then crave valium so I've gone cold turkey but I found out the step down method should have been easier.
