Minor Threat. Can't go wrong with that. I also enjoy some MDC, Naked Raygun, and Flipper from time to time. I have a lot of favorites, but have been taking some time off from punk. I am drifting more into the world of thrash metal and stoner rock for a little while. Gwar FTW!

GWAR !!!! Slayer. The Dropkicks are playing Sunfest this Sunday down here on the WPB waterfront. I still think California Uber Alles by the Dead Kennedys is one of the best punk rock songs ever. That and anything by Iggy. He is the Man. He's like a 100 years old and he could still kick all our a$$es.

 

I saw them at a Warped Tour. They were awesome. The front man looks like Eddie Munster. A class act. He stopped the show in the middle of a song because a couple of skinheads were beating up some girls in the pit. He said on the mike that he wasn't going to put up with it, and asked "10,000 of my closest friends to escort these guys out of here". as he wailed on the guitar. It was priceless.
