    One more thing I wanted to say about this. That was an underrated Youth Of Today lineup, but I definitely liked the 87-89 lineup better with Walter on bass (Gorilla Biscuits, Quicksand, Rival Schools, etc) and Sammy (Civ, Rival Schools, etc) on drums better than the 86 lineup. But the 86 lineup on that record had Richie Birkenhead (lead singer of Underdog and later Into Another) on second guitar, Craig from Sick Of It All on bass and a 14 or 15 year old Drew from Bold and Into Another on drums.

    give em the benefit of the doubt, proto-punk close to buzzcocks, eater, early Damned etc. :)

    Nice! I have their shit on vinyl! From like 1986 or something! Like I got it the year it came out! I saw them a bunch as a kid!

    We've actually been listening to the record player a lot lately, out on the porch. That's the kind of shit we do when we're home at night. Verbal Assault is in regular rotation. As are many of my records from when I was a teenager. How the hell do they do still play?! 30+ frickin years after I've had them!
