Sweet chich they should be on here for sure. My next submission isn't punk per se, but wouldn't exist without it. I grew up on this stuff too, saw this guys come up in CT, crazy shows for sure, and a couple legitimate riots...

Couldn't agree with ya more. I don't dig Hatebreed's new stuff, and the crowd even less so. But Satisfaction is The Death of Desire is an enormously influential album that sent shockwaves throughout the hardcore/punk/metal worlds. Nothing quite like it.

Seldom, I could imagine you back in the day, brooding to some Earth Crisis. Before I heard this song, I didn't know that music could be this heavy! Played a show with one of Karl's other bands once, and despite the fact that we were at opposite ends of the inebriation spectrum, he was super good to me. Class act....

You'll probly get a kick out of this...my cousin and I were at a Madball show circa '95-'96 and we saw those guys outside with the mini bats they made. We wanted to be in DMS b/c we were little hooligans, so we just walked up to them and asked if we could join. We were 13/14...they just kinda chuckled and said it was a NY thing, and that we should start our own gang and make some bats of our own.
