The political treads, for example.....they get kinda heated.....and then they cool out....are we supposed to meet your parameters for what we post on a tread like that or are we all supposed to be able to post what we think / believe? this is a pretty decent forecast site, and this forum is a great place where all things surf-related can come together, along with the people who love this life. the rest of this stuff - especially the political stuff - matters little here.

 

Check the response rate / activity on those threads. They are some of the highest traffic threads this place has ever had, which means more money for SI, so careful what you wish for.

 

So why did you vote in the Donald vs. Hillary thread? That's participation in something you say "matters little" and shows that you're a hypocrite. If you don't want to see that type of content on here then set the example as a mod and don't participate. Otherwise it's do as I say, not do as I do.

A day or so and the dust shall settle and things will go back to normal. Don't be angry fellers, but I don't think this is a big deal. Some of the hazing does get pretty harsh and even though most of us find it funny, others do not. Unfortunately we are in a time where everyone's feeling are hurt 24/7!!
