When I bought mine, the guy rang it up and had it in a bag before I knew what was going on. LOL I don't know if it was worth the $15.99, but I will tell ya one thing, you end up drinking it slower and really enjoying it. It was pretty damn good
Aahh, gotcha. Well, regardless, i'm not a fan of their IPA's and I am not huge stout fan. Damn, 14.5%, that joker has some kick!
I'm gonna get me some more Pilsner Urquell. That's a solid stock beer. Not too expensive, refreshing, and has the right amount of alcohol in it to do the job properly.
konig ludwig hefewiesen and hoegarten are my go to beers. i like white ipa but only a few people make them.
Sculpin is a pretty intense IPA in my opinion. Try Dogfish Head 60 min IPA. It's a true IPA, just not super bitter and as hoppy as Sculpin. OK beer snobs, rip into my sh*ttyyy review.
i like a lot of ipa beers never had 60min but i like the 90min. always wanted to try the 120 but cant find it.
My local didn't have my go to, so I grabbed some random that caught my eye. Everything else was weak sauce. Its wierd, it taste watered down and flat. Gonna drink my whiskey and save it for guests...or until I'm out whiskey, which will probably come first. Dogfish 90 is the go to now for end of the week, had it on Thanksgiving and found it to be intoxicating!
Try new belgium accumulation. It's a good white ipa that's fairly easy to find. For those fans of black ipas, I just picked up a 6 pack of 21st amendment brewery's black ipa. Decent, and I'd buy it again.
Used BeerBuddy to hunt down sculpin, go there, supermarket closed for shabbas. They don't roll on shabbas, Donnie. F U to the supermarket, drive home, found a 90 min and a few Sam Rebels in the fridge. Not too bad. Not with don Julio anejo in between.
Was up in the northeast kingdom this week. Stopped by a relatives to score the heady topper. Love to drink that ****. However I had this one once http://www.troegs.com/our_brews/nugget_nectar.aspx And metard, since it would almost be impossible for you to get heady topper I suggest trying this. It's a ****ing good warm weather hop fest
Have you ever tried Schneider Weisse? I think that's my favorite German weiss beer. If there are any German restaurants or beerhalls nearby, it would be a good place to start. If you can, try it draft.
