A first post where you're compelled to chime in and less concerned with a communal greeting is a good first post in my book.
My first job as kid was working on a cornfield. I couldnt hack it, I lasted about 2 weeks until I found a less labor intensive job...now that is gay.
I ain't mad at you bro. That sh** is hard work man. I always gave mad respect to the FFA kids. I mean, it wasn't my cup of tea, but those dudes were up at like 3am, milking cows, working the fields and sh** and then coming to school. Crazy man... It wasn't until I was older until I realized that some of these kid's families own half of the land in Maryland. I was like dude, why does every street in this town have your last name in it? My next question was, why the hell are you driving a 20 year old F150? Lotta those cats had TONS of money and you would never know it. Just down to earth, good ol' boys man.
Thanks man! Love that song. Byrne's a genius imo, way ahead of his time...but dude, soooo many kids these days, well adults too, just don't get it...no connection to what sustains our lives, just show up to the grocery store and there it is...gonna be crazy when the sh!t hits the fan fo real.
there is a big difference between hics and farmers Farming in 2014 is one of the most important issues. if you want to eat factory crap and poison yourself, please do so Im siding with the smart farmers using knowledge and low tech methods to make healthy safe nutritious food http://naturalfarminghawaii.net/
Nothing wrong with FFA (Future Farmers of America) or 4H. Although for a kid to raise a calf for a year just to have it sold off for its meat after the judging must be a bit tough to take - even with the advance understanding that that is what will happen.
