No waves in RI since August 10 and nothing for the next 7 days. That's like 18 days straight with no end in sight. Worst flat spell I can remember in years. Usually you get some kind of break with some thigh high with occasional waist stuff. This is getting ridiculous. I'm hoping every update for something to pop up a 6 days away, but absolutely nada.
They've had to re-schedule an ESA contest 2 times, and it looks like they are going to have to do it again! Sucks.
Even though there have been lots of fun small days in Maryland it is getting pretty boring. Nothing of any real size or consequence in months and months. I usually see the small days as a welcome relief from the drama of the single day maxing out swells, I'm starting to tire of them and all the kids and beginners in the water. What a great summer to learn to surf though small weak surf every day for a month and a half.

I guess the secret spot right now is Cavs, seeing that the Worst St. crew has scurryd to it like roaches since ECSC has taken over their break for the week.
