PARIS — French officials say three men have been charged and jailed after a woman was allegedly lured on Facebook by one of them and then gang-raped near the Eiffel Tower.

A police official said Friday that three Algerian men were arrested earlier this week in a Paris hotel under suspicion of taking part in the rape of the French woman in the Champ-de-Mars garden, close to the famous tower.

The official says one of the men is suspected of chatting with the woman on Facebook before the alleged rape and then arranging a date with her in Paris.

Archy that was in a big city St. Cloud is not small and by the way people down here wouldn't tolerate that there's a reason they're not having immigrants all coming here from Somalia or Syria. Suggested course of action: Any time you spot someone wearing a burka, go up to her and rip it off and set the thing on fire, but not hurting the wearer.

The pipe bombs in New Jersey used flip phone timers and as did pressure-cooker device found in Chelsea
It's believed home-made bomb that exploded also used old-school flip phone as a detonator
Another similarity is lack of know-how that went into making the devices as three failed to detonate
Believed that the metal dumpster the bomb was placed in prevented loss of life in Manhattan
CNN have obtained video that shows the same man at 23rd and 27th streets - where the bombs were left
Another two men are seen on video removing the pressure cooker from a duffel bag on 27th
Authorities aren't able to say if the New Jersey bombs are related to the explosion and device in New York
Currently, there the incidents don't appear related but de Blasio isn't 'taking any options off the table'
