    My buddy said it was good today, every time I go there I get skunked.winds have been pretty light even during the day.

    Was gonna meet zagaffer in Oceanside tomorrow am maybe.

    Another “big boy”! Good to hear and encouraging too - I got a 6’10”x22”x3” Roberts Big Boy Tri and he’s custom shaping it with more meat up forward and beefier glass and stringer too. I’m stoked to know it works well for you cause I’m really looking forward to challenging myself with it.

    Just got off phone with Kyle at Roberts, called to see where I was at time wise, how many weeks, and he was just finishing packaging up my board when I called! Just gotta square away shipping details and it’s on the way. But I’m pissed at the same time because my work shit/stress/$$ stress that comes with it is trying to ruin my stoke! I know I’ll feel better when I see it but between MR. DP and me work wise, it’s kinda messing up the vibe lol. But it will be in time for any ‘cane swells so that’s a big plus - better have a session or two on it before that though or I’m jam lol

    Yeeeeew new boards rule!

    And dude! The new board is supposed to melt that stress away. Iv had nothing but money stress and work stress for the past year. Weddings are expensive especially when you don't skimp and decide to move 2 months before the date. Work drills you right into the ground when your the only one that seems to have work ethic. But that stuff works itself out. I had this discussion with the lady just last night. Can't let those stresses take over all the positives in your life. Your getting a new board! That's the ultimate stoke fuel! Just in time for prime surf season! Enjoy it man!

    183BB2CF-460D-4765-8ED4-926A71C1F604.png This is the one I got, 6’10”x22”x3 1/16” with a half inch basswood stringer and five fin. It was custom dimensions only on the width because he reminded me about wearing a wetsuit and an extra 2” always helps, right?? Hahaha
