it was on the news... thresher shark beached itself at Rockaway Beach ... so people went and helped it back into water... it later beached itself again and died..... so now everyone is happy and swimming again .... except for this old lifegaurd who said that NYC parks dept wont take into consideration that he saw 2 dorsal fins swimming together 30 ft off shore...... hmmmm threshers homey is still lurken over there.....
