sounds like a Schroff "Blaster" quad...or a knock-off. Wanted one of those so bad when I was a grom on the gulf...but, nowadays, I wouldn't want to ride that much of a pulled in nose on a groveller. Schroff still makes boards and his modern non-blaster quad is actually pretty enticing. It has a much more balanced shape than the old teardrop, with a fuller nose and a winged tail:

That's my kind of quad fin cluster right there - to me it just comes alive pumping around in small waves. Loose and lively, without the thruster feel that I don't want on a 2-3 foot summer wave. [/QUOTE]
