I want someone to tell me where the hell those waves came from thurs! One certain spot was going off..Most other spots had your typical Carolina Closeout!
i think they came from a low pressure system that moved northeast out of the gulf of mexico and continued on that line into the atlantic. as it got farther away it put a nice fetch between it and us and subsequently sent some swell our way too. the long fetch gave the waves plenty of time to shape up and get all ground swelly before heaving me towards the shore. we were long overdue for something like that.
