Time to set Politics Aside

    Most likely it's because of the upcoming election, but there has been a real lack of information around about the destruction that took place in Galveston, TX and surrounding areas. If you have an ounce of interest in the welfare of others in need, take the time to see what President Bush (1) and President Clinton are doing about it.

    Funny, I was just thinking about this yesterday. The media is all over these events when they're happening, but as soon as it's over they pack up an leave. These people have many years of work ahead of them to rebuild. It's hard to imagine the hardships they have and will have to face. Remember this could easily be us and our town...........thanks for the reminder.

    yes, i was thinking about how the media has paid very little attention to this devastated area since the storm made landfall.

    this wont effect how much i care about wat happened in texas, but could this really happen here in jersey?
