Sweet, I hope they keep getting better at shoulder repairs. I'm gonna need some work one day but waiting on the technology to get better.

You're gonna be waiting awhile brah. I've had 2 surgeries on my rotator cuff and both we crazy painful with long recovery periods.

Perhaps some pigskin is all I need!

Well, one thing's for sure......this procedure wouldn't even have been invented if muslims ruled the world, with their Stone Age ideology of hatin' on pork.

I think the words out. Docs are going to start coming to SI for advise before surgery. There will be vast improvement in the near future

    Graft

    Hey yank,

This has been used for about 15 plus years...
first when I was 1st asst. Ortho surg tech...and then
As a sports medicine rep for biomet...
And now as a college instructor
I teach this technique to the
New generation of surg tech students..
    ...and they work great...
Also used in Achilles tendon repairs...
To wrap around the repairs..because it's like
Sewing two wet mops together..and needs the reinforcement..
Porcine is more compatible than bovine...
Anywho...finally moved back home to Santa cruz..
After 6.5 yrs in jax bch.
    And enjoying it...
Just have not found a decent place
to get shrimp and grits around here...
