Total bummer

    NJ windswell was powerful enough to snap my longboard in two!

    That's what I get for getting caught inside. Conditions were pretty mixed up, but didn't expect this...

    Maybe... It was high tide, I had to be in 8-10 feet of water. I think the wave just nailed it dead center.

    As far as fixing, biggest repair to date, I've fixed broken noses, this would be a challenge.

    Maybe, but it was dead high tide - had to be in 8-10 of water, maybe deeper. I think the wave nailed it dead center.

    As far as fixing it... tough one, last broken board I fixed never rode right. Maybe have to hit up Greenlight for advice...

    I was out on a longboard yesterday and it was taking a beating, wasn't much time between sets to get back out

    Bummer man. You should strip the glass off and shape it into a mini simmons.
