track pad peeling

    my traction pad on my surfboard is slowly peeling off... whats the best way to keep it on? i feel its sketchy to put super glue on the deck of my surfboard. any ideas?

    no ideas but...

    not a clue, but i've got the same problemo, so maybe someone can help.... :)

    i use hot glue..... every time for the worst of the worst, you think there'd be heat damage but ive been doing it for the past 2 years and nothing bad has happend to my boards.... so i'd reccomend it

    I believe I just read this the other day in a surf mag.Pretty sure they did say crazy glue.Just make sure the surface is clean.

    yep. been using super glue for years.

    there is a product called shoe goo and that has worked better for me than anything else. make sure the surface is really clean. wipe it with a rag that has been dampened with nail polish remover or paint thinner then wait for it to dry

    Shoe Goo, Superglue, Plumber's Goop, and 5200 all work well.
