Traction pad problems...

    Tail of the board? The rails are thinned down and all the foam is in the middle

    The tail just looks different. Like a rounded square. Anyway, get a bigger pad next time. Either that pad is way small or your tail is way big. I would get a pad that comes with multiple pieces to it. That way you can spread it out to fit that tail
