Wow, looks like a little disturbance trying to brew up just south of the Yucatan pen. The official start of hurricane/tropical season is June 1 (tomorrow). I'm not sure if this system will end up getting a name, but should send some SE swells towards the south coast of texas. Have fun guys.
Investigating this system further. This was given a name, as it was a tropical storm in the Eastern Pacific, that moved eastward into Honduras yesterday afternoon. It now looks like the circulation may be getting better organized just south of the Yucatan, so it will be interesting to see if this becomes a named storm in the Gulf/Caribbean Sea waters.
