Ah. I didn't know that about ocean temperatures: so much to learn. Today was the flattest day ever. Even so, the crew had a blast catching short little ankle to shin highs. The best part was a manatee came right up and surfaced about two feet from my face, snorting and checking us out. This has got to be a record for the number of consecutive days of flat. It was so calm that my friend put her mug of hot coffee on her board and paddled out that way. Was very funny ,
