The tropics are heating up my friends... The wave maps (based off the GFS model) are showing some action behind TS Chris in the long range (not too dependable mind u for tropical storm development in the long range). The last couple years it has been like clock work - when aug 1 rolled around, the tropics really started to kick in to drive.
