Always the case here. Can never sleep much before driving out to surf.. sleep by 2am up by 4. But its worth it. Can always sleep at the beach a little. the drive home can be harsh though unless I pump up with coffee and espresso shots. It helps if I'm camping at the beach then I sleep like a log everynight. thats the best.

sleeping through alarm clock and 21 phone calls? Go to bed earlier and at the same time every night. Get in a routine. If you're up till 3 or 4 on the weekends and then try to get up at 5 during the week, your body is going to go crazy.

If you have trouble waking up early and sleep threw alarms and ph calls drink alot of water before you go to bed. It kinda works like a internal alarm clock and you body tells you to wake up of your gonna piss yourself
