I think Trump just gained about 20 more votes after yesterdays meeting. Keep it coming, its only going to get better. Wait till the GDP hits over 4, whoa!!!!!

 

Won't be complaining if it does, but still stand by my prediction. There is a lot of time until Nov 2020 and a lot of other factors other than GDP. Hell, I'd say most voters (on both sides) don't even know what the acronym GDP stands for.

 

You know its all about the economy. Its a fair bet though, it won't be easy on my side but I love a good underdog. I have been supporting this guy since the summer of 15'. He has not disappointed yet, even though I have been perceived to look at like an idiot this whole time, in the end I have come out on the right side of the argument. And the best part is...we all win.

 

He has not disappointed you yet, it is not just about the economy to all of us.

 

It's very possible that Trump has no plans to actually do anything about the trade deficit, and he's just ruffling international feathers to appease his voting base.

Hypothesis:

The whole Trump/Russia shitstorm is about $$$.

Russia, home to some of the biggest billionaires and brightest minds in the world, are relatively small players in the global market.

What if that market were magically opened up, and backed by the most powerful government on Earth?

And what if you were the first person allowed in to get a piece of that market?

Make a few deals with the Devil himself to create confusion and havoc during an election, and the seeds have been seen for huge investment potential.

It's always been about the $$$ with this guy. No money, no ego.

 

I think the exact opposite. The government should be staying out of economic affairs entirely. Sitting presidents should have no effect on the economy, it should be completely detached i.e. free market.

To say the governments main role is to produce a good economy is not how I would describe capitalism.

I'm willing to bet a large amount if those words came out of Barry's mouth, a good portion of you guys would be screaming for impeachment. Dude loves to praise dictators like Putin and Kim Jong, that's where he disappoints me.

Kim is a fragile little boy, he needs to be babied. Our Allies are grown men and women, they can take a little criticism. Its called strategy, something Obama lacked.

Try the Library of Congress for a complete source of info, then spend ten hours cyphering through it all to pick the stuff that supports your side of the argument.

I went through this with global warming and core samples and found out it's a waste of time trying to find facts and separating them from fiction, sue to all the biased studies on both sides of any scientific argument with political implications. As my Mom said to me long ago, consider the source before you decide if it's true.

So in the spirit of saving time, and supporting my pre existing opinions, I keep to this here forum for my "facts". Which will never change my opinion (the only one that counts). Thanks ya'll for the loser leave town dust up, it's hot and flat flat flat so this is the cool place to air it out.

We can play the "what about these guys" game all day. Putin is a monster and your boy loves him. So do you disagree he is a monster or that your boy loves him? It's really quite simple.
